As someone who is interested in learning more about the OTC, I've been using Claude to give me daily lessons. Today Claude said something I questioned, "The duty of loyalty means you must put your companies interests ahead of your own personal gain. No self-dealing, no secret side deals, no using your position to enrich yourself at shareholders' expense."

Do you feel like most OTC companies follow these words as law?

Nope, sadly lots of otc companies are frauds to enrich themselves. Only a few like $MVCO are real ones.

Not all of course but those who are loyal to the shareholders will have more chances to gain at the end. 🫡

Been screwed over far too many times by OTC execs, especially via dilution and/or splits
